If suitable, we introduce you to an independent professional for a private Discovery Call between you.

If both parties agree to proceed, an introduction deposit is invoiced to initiate a structured 2-week trial period.

The introduction deposit relates to SendHelp’s introduction and coordination services and does not constitute payment of wages or employment services.

The trial begins once the introduction deposit is received.

You work directly with the independent professional to assess:

- communication

- reliability

- practical fit

If the initial introduction does not proceed, one additional introduction is available during the trial period.

If both introductions do not result in engagement, refund protection applies in accordance with your agreement.

The trial exists to reduce risk before long-term commitment.

Preparation helps reduce common sources of misalignment.
