Our goal is simple: To reduce the hidden cost of misalignment in international delegation.
Independent professionals introduced through SendHelp's complete preparation across two distinct areas prior to introduction.
SendHelp collaborates with FHMoms Inc. (Philippines), a training and community organisation supporting Filipino mothers building professional remote careers.
FHMoms operates structured development programmes within the Philippines, preparing independent professionals for remote work through:
Skills development
Remote systems training
Professional standards and work-readiness practices
All technical preparation referenced on this site is delivered through FHMoms’ Philippine-based programmes.
SendHelp does not operate technical or apprenticeship programmes in the United Kingdom.
Following foundational preparation, professionals receive additional orientation through SendHelp focused on UK and US business environments.
This includes guidance on:
Communication standards
Cultural expectations
Confidentiality awareness
Professional boundaries
Independent contractor clarity
Preparation is completed prior to introduction — not during your working relationship.
We don’t just align skills.
We prepare people to work well.
SendHelp believes that delegation works best when expectations are explicit and working standards are understood from the beginning. Our process is designed to support well-matched introductions between clients and independent professionals—without rushed decisions or unnecessary layers.
Clients share a short overview of what they need help with or how the busines currenty runs. This helps ensure any introduction is appropriate, realistic, and aligned with their standards.
Where appropriate, we facilitate an introduction to an independent professional who has completed preparation through our Philippines-based training collaborator, FHMoms Inc.
A private Discovery Call takes place between both parties to confirm fit. It’s a space to ask questions, sense alignment, and for both parties to decide whether they’d like to proceed.
SendHelp’s role concludes once the introduction is made and initial orientation is complete. We do not and will not act as an employer, manager, or ongoing intermediary.
From there, the working relationship continues directly between the client and the independent professional.
SendHelp operates as a structured international introduction service.
We are not a recruitment agency.
We do not employ virtual assistants.
We do not supervise or manage client teams.
Clients contract directly with the independent professional introduced.
SendHelp operates independently as a UK-based introduction service.
We collaborate with FHMoms Inc. (Philippines), an organisation committed to structured professional development and ethical work-readiness preparation.
